Individual Sound and Vibrational Therapy Session

This is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner balance. Sessions take place on a massage table and are thoughtfully tailored to your needs in the moment.

Using a combination of tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, and other therapeutic instruments, gentle vibration is applied on and around the body to invite the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and the heart to open. You are guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can naturally restore and recalibrate.

No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.
