Nestled by Taos Mountain, La Luz de Seco offers sound and vibrational therapy and private yoga sessions in nature’s embrace. What began as a quiet dream of creating a sacred space slowly took form, one step at a time. The shala was built with intention—rooted in the land, guided by the mountain, and shaped by a desire to offer a place where people can soften and reconnect. Today, it stands as a space for rest, reflection, and coming home to yourself.
