Heartlight: A Sound Journey for Healing

This heart-centered Sound Journey is an invitation to rest, soften, and connect with the healing qualities of love and compassion.

Through guided meditation, sound, and deep rest, we’ll turn our awareness toward the heart and imagine a gentle light growing within — a light of love, strength, hope, and connection.

In honor of breast cancer awareness month and paint Taos pink, participants will have the option to hold someone in their awareness offering them that light of care and support.

We will create an altar for this event. Please feel free to bring an image or item for the altar during the sound bath. 25% of the event fee will be donated to cancer support services in Taos.
